Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.pressieme.com website and the PressieMe mobile application (the “Service”) operated by PressieMe (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Use of The Site
We provide access to our website for information purposes about our app and portal. Visitors to the website to not have to register and may access information without restrictions which is publically available. Visitors can contact us via email links and contact forms without having to register or login in any way. We will use the information supplied to reply to queries and not for marketing purposes.
Visitors can register to use the app or retailer portal via the website. By registering users are consenting to supplying us with their details that we can use to verify identity and provide access. Your details must be genuine, accurate and up to date at the time of registering and you will be asked to verify some aspects of the data you supply. Your email address must be unique and you must be the genuine owner of the email address. You are not permitted to sign up, impersonate or represent any other individual or business via the app or portal. Failure to abide by this requirement will result in suspension or permanent blocking from using the app or portal. We reserve the right to delete or change your password if we deem it necessary. It is the users responsibility to manage their own login details and we are not responsible for any loss as a result of unauthorised use or loss of access to your account. Post registration we will occassionally send you advice on how to best use our products and services. You can opt out of these notifications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button in the email messages.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, email. But we do not collect any payment details directly and these are securely processed via our payment processing partners. Purchased credits cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased.
If you sign up to use the Retailer Portal then we will collect and store information related to your business. Some of this information may be shown on our website so app users can distinguish your business from others eg Business name or location. Furthermore the business contact email you supply will be used as the primary contact address for queries sent by customers via the app. You can change your details at any time via the Profile setting within the retailer portal. We will not supply your retailer information as a list to any third party without your consent.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos,videos, or other material (“Content”). You are fully responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, ownership and copyright compliance of this content. Retailers who infringe on copyright ,country laws or inaccurate content will have their access to the portal withdrawn. Posting of content that is illegal, offensive, inaccurate, liablous or misleading will be removed without notice and your account will be suspended. The user is fully responsible for the content that they upload via the app or portal and PressieMe is in no way responsible for this content.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by PressieMe.
PressieMe has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PressieMe shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Access to the retailer portal is on a “fair usage” basis and is for the purposes of promoting gift suggestions. Any usage of the portal for any other purposed maybe considered by us as a breach of policy and may result in the suspension of you account – subject to our review.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
